You bet. Call us at (970) 310-6240. Let us know what’s happening and we’ll get to you right away. If you’re a current customer who has regular maintenance service with us, we will make you our top priority, and you’ll automatically jump to the front of the line.

What’s it going to cost me to have you come out for service?

If your system breaks down, your service estimates are free. Scheduled service calls are $105. As you’ll find with all HVAC service providers, unexpected parts or laborious repairs are billed hourly, on top of that service call fee. Discounts are available as part of our customer loyalty program.

Can I get a discount on your service?

Yes. As part of our customer loyalty program, we offer you 10% off your service calls.

How long have you been in business?

Combined, we have more than 30 years of commercial, residential, and custom homebuilding experience. NOCO Energy Solutions has been proudly serving its customers since January 2010.

What certifications and credentials do you have?

We are fully licensed and insured, NATE-certified, IGSHPA, EPA, and BPI-certified HVAC professionals. We are also official Carrier dealers and proud partners with Tanner Custom Carpentry. We are Participating Contractors in the Home Efficiency Programs in both The City of Fort Collins and The City of Loveland. We are Select HVAC Contractors with Poudre Valley REA and the Platte River Power Authority. And we are Trade Partners with Xcel Energy.

What rebates and incentives are out there right now?

Great question! There are local, state and federal programs running all the time. We’re happy to talk through the options with you and help you make sense of the details. We’ll also make solid recommendations for what’s going to be cost effective for your home or commercial facility.

What kind of warranty is available?

Carrier products are covered by a 10-year parts limited warranty. We offer optional labor warranties, as well. Ask us for the details.

Can I preschedule service calls, so I don’t have to keep track of that on my own?

Yes, indeed. We offer prescheduled seasonal maintenance programs for homeowners and custom-tailored maintenance plans for our commercial customers, too. As a bonus, you’ll become one of our loyal customers and always receive top priority status when emergencies and lesser issues may arise.
