Level II Audit
The Level II audit includes all of the features of a level I audit as well as Blower Door Testing to identify leaks in the home's envelope, Thermal Imaging of the entire home to better identify the problem areas and a Duct Blaster Test to identify leaks in the ventilation system.
Level III Audit/ HERS Rating
Level III Rating combines level I and II as well as utilizing Energy Modeling Software to calculate your homes HERS (Home Energy Rating System) rating and also calculate the ROI (Return on Investment) for our proposed solutions.
The average home uses 45% of it's energy on heating & cooling, 20% is used for lighting, and another 20% for appliances such as a water heater or dishwasher. The remaining 15% is used on electronics and phantom loads. An energy audit can show you how to reduce usage in all of these areas as well as provide solutions for lighting, old and inefficient furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and more. We can also provide solutions for ways to offset or eliminate your utility bill as well as your carbon footprint with solar and wind. Contact us to schedule your energy audit today.
